Wavier of Liability
- A waiver of liability is required for Steven Art Academy enrollment, which may present a potential risk of physical injury to any student. While Steven Art Academy has been taking great precautions and measurements to minimize potential hazards, it is each student and his/her parent's responsibility to take necessary safety measures and use sound judgment to protect himself/herself from injury or becoming sick. Steven Art Academy assumes no responsibility for accidents, flu, and similar case which may occur on the class site.
- You will have to agree on this Wavier of Liability and to sign on it before your student(s) could be admitted to the class.
Tuition
- All new students are required to register. The one-time $30 registration fee for new student is non-refundable.
- Returning student who has been absent for more than one semester will be treated as new student.
- The tuition is to be paid once a semester. It is required that tuition should be paid in full at the first class of the semester. There would be late fee charge if the tuition is overdue more than three weeks.
- There is a supply fee charge for each semester in addition to the tuition.
Refund policy
- Only the unused tuition is refundable. There is a $30 administration charge which will be deducted from your tuition balance.
- If for any reason the student missed the classes, we can arrange to make up the class during the normal class session. No tuition deduction or carrying over for missing classes to the next semester.
- In case there were classes being cancelled by the teacher, the tuition is refundable. Or parents could request for makeup classes.
